Cute little fabric waraji sandals for children. I made this pair for my daughter over this weekend. The idea came from Chinese monk sandals. Instead of flip flop strings, I wove the fabric and made covers over the front. They are easier to put on and take off for children. The two little noes in the front was my daughter's idea. She put the fabric where she wanted and I tied it into bows.
She is wearing them all day when we went out. I guess this pair will be her outdoor warajis. ^^
